Transportation promises to be one of the world.

At the Southern California Center for Advanced Transportation Technologies (SC-CATT), research in transportation merges the realities of today

In the CATT Laboratory, high performance work-stations are used to simulate and animate future transportation systems. Through this approach, one can visualize how a future transportation system will look and perform.

Experiments have been conducted in cooperation with automotive, marine, aerospace and defense firms. Using a team-based approach to its research, CATT faculty work in multi-disciplinary groups, drawing from all branches of engineering, as well as urban planning, business, and other areas.
