S.F.V. Lodge is just a few minutes walk from the downtown Mountain View train station and the main street, Castro Street, with many restaurants, cafes, small shops, and bars.  The downtown Mountain View train station is a transit hub with trains, light-rail (tram), buses, and taxis. It is about 60-90 mins by train from San Francisco airport, and about 60 mins by bus + train from San Jose airport.
